AI For Everyone

AI For Everyone: The Starting Point for Every GCC Workforce

Most organizations don't have an AI adoption problem, they have an AI confidence problem. Some employees already use ChatGPT daily, others have never opened it, and that gap slows down every rollout that follows. AI For Everyone closes that gap in three days, with no coding, no technical jargon, and no assumption that participants have touched an AI tool before. It exists because before any department can build function-specific AI skills, every employee needs the same baseline: knowing what AI actually is, what it can be trusted with, and what it can't.

Who it's for

any employee, at any level, who is new to AI or uses it inconsistently, from frontline staff to office managers across UAE and KSA workplaces.

What participants can do by the end

Identify what AI is in plain language and name three ways it already affects their daily work. Use AI tools to draft, summarize, and translate real work tasks, producing outputs they can apply immediately, not just examples from a slide. Apply a simple 3-question check: is this appropriate, is this accurate, is this safe to share, before trusting or forwarding any AI output. Tell the difference between tasks where AI genuinely helps and tasks where human judgement has to lead. Produce a bilingual Arabic and English output relevant to their own GCC role.

How the three days build

Day one strips away the jargon: what AI is without the maths, the AI tools employees already use without realizing it, and their first hands-on prompts in ChatGPT, Copilot, or Gemini. Day two moves into the workplace itself: what their organization’s AI rules actually allow, what data should never go into a public AI tool, and how to translate and check bilingual Arabic and English content without losing accuracy. Day three is personal: mapping exactly where AI helps in their specific role and where it wastes more time than it saves, ending with a written plan naming three tasks to try that week.

This is the program every other AI program at HNI assumes participants have already completed, the shared foundation that makes department-specific training land faster and stick longer.

Why this matters before anything else:

Rolling out function-specific AI training, for HR, for finance, for marketing, onto a workforce with wildly uneven AI literacy means half the room is lost before the department content even starts. Organizations that run AI For Everyone first see faster completion and stronger engagement in every program that follows, because participants arrive already comfortable opening the tool, already primed to ask the right questions, and already aware of the boundaries their organization expects. It’s the cheapest, fastest way to raise an entire workforce’s AI floor at once, rather than leaving adoption to whichever employees happened to experiment on their own.
