Job Role/Objective:
To provide proactive support in managing client accounts, coordinating pre-sales and post-sales communication, and enabling the sales team to focus on strategic growth. This role acts as the operational backbone for account managers, maintaining consistency and quality in client service.

Minimum Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or communication
- Experience in consulting or professional services is a plus
- Technical knowledge is a plus.
Experience:
- 2–4 years in sales coordination, account management, or business support roles
Functional Knowledge:
- Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Monday.com)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
